Builder privacy policy
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, product or idea link, build stage, the offer you are interested in, your answers to the form questions and any marketing consent you choose to give.
Why we collect it
We use this information to understand whether Builder is a good fit for you, to reply to your enquiry and, if you consent, to send occasional updates about new offers, writing and events.
Marketing consent
The marketing consent checkbox is unticked by default. You can submit an enquiry without it. If you do consent, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in any email or by emailing help@worthbuilding.io.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for two years so we can refer back to prior conversations and improve how we serve builders. If you would like your data deleted sooner, email help@worthbuilding.io and we will remove it within 30 days.
Who can see it
Your personal information is stored in a private database and is only accessible to Frances Ibe and the systems that send email notifications. It is not sold, shared with advertisers or used to build profiles for third parties.
Analytics
We log a small number of first-party events — such as page views and offer selections — to understand how people use the site. These events do not use cookies, do not contain personal identifiers and are not used for session recording.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing help@worthbuilding.io.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page. The current version was published in August 2026.
